Awarding Excellence
Designing and producing internal awards for BBVA coworkers was a gratifying and collaborative project. The process began with an understanding of the bank's values, culture, and the outstanding contributions made by its employees. We aimed to create awards that not only symbolized excellence but also resonated with the recipients on a personal level.
Concepts and Design
In the design phase, we crafted unique and meaningful award concepts. These designs sought to encapsulate BBVA's commitment to innovation, customer-centricity, and teamwork. Every detail, from the choice of materials to the engraving, was considered to ensure the awards were a source of pride and inspiration for those who received them.
Production
The production phase was a testament to creative thinking and available materials. I worked after hours and between projects to bring the designs to life. The final products were not just tokens of recognition but also symbols of the strong bonds and shared values that define BBVA's corporate culture.

The culmination of this process was the awards ceremony where we celebrated the achievements of our BBVA coworkers.
